Nancy Romero Fernandez, APRN, FNP, PMHNP-BC, is a bilingual, board-certified Nurse Practitioner with dual certification in Family Practice and Psychiatric-Mental Health. With over 20 years of clinical experience, she provides holistic care that addresses both physical and mental health needs for patients of all ages.

She began her career as a Medical Doctor in Cuba and Venezuela, where she practiced in primary care and emergency medicine, managing acute and chronic illnesses in underserved communities. This experience shaped her patient-first approach, emphasizing accessibility, prevention, and compassion.

Now practicing as an Autonomous APRN in the U.S., Nancy offers a wide range of Primary Care services, including annual physicals, sick visits, urgent care, preventive screenings, and health education. She has extensive experience in chronic disease management, treating conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and high cholesterol. She also provides comprehensive medication management to ensure safe, effective treatment plans tailored to each patient.

As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Provider, she offers evaluations, therapy, and psychiatric medication management using evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT.
